2. Purpose and publisher
Calma Society is an editorial digital publication about Menorca and the Mediterranean, published by Menorca Bus, S.L., a passenger transport company. Content that promotes Menorca Bus's own services is labelled, next to each piece, as "advertising from the publisher". Calma Society does not currently receive third-party payment for its recommendations; if it publishes sponsored content or affiliate links in future, they will be identified as such. Accessing and using the site implies acceptance of this notice.
3. Terms of use
Users agree to make appropriate use of the content and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm the rights of third parties or the owner.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, brand and our own photography belong to Menorca Bus, S.L. or their respective authors and may not be reproduced without authorisation. Some photographs come from third parties: those under Creative Commons licences (Wikimedia Commons) carry their author, source and licence next to the image, and their reuse is governed by that licence, not by this notice; those from image libraries (Adobe Stock, Unsplash) are used under each library's licence. If you hold the rights to an image and find its credit missing, write to us at hola@calmasociety.com and we will correct it. Weather data comes from AEMET ("Source: AEMET"); map outlines from © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL); relief data from GEBCO 2020.
5. Liability
We take care to keep information accurate and current, and date it whenever it changes (opening times, access, sea conditions). Even so, this is editorial information, not a safety service or a guarantee: always check official sources before deciding. Nothing here limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
6. Our own advertising and third-party links
The site includes links to Menorca Bus's services — our own publisher — each labelled as advertising from the publisher (see §2). We currently have no paid affiliate links or sponsored content from third parties; if we add any, they will be clearly identified. The owner is not responsible for the content or policies of other third-party sites that may be linked from here.
7. Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law, with submission to the competent courts as established by applicable law.
