- Usage data: technical and usage data in aggregate, anonymous form to run and improve the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
3. Retention
We keep your data while you remain subscribed or until you request deletion, and for any legally required periods.
4. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data. We work with providers acting as data processors:
- MailerLite (newsletter management).
- Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery).
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, appropriate GDPR safeguards apply (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to calmasocietyweb@gmail.com. You can withdraw consent at any time (e.g. via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter) and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
