An eighteenth-century manor farm turned rural hotel, on the road down to Cala Alcaufar. Around it, 250 hectares inside the Biosphere Reserve, with centenarian trees; inside, a restaurant open to non-residents too, working with Menorcan produce: lobster, garden vegetables and island baking.
