The olive oil fair in Caimari, at the foot of the Tramuntana

Caimari, a village surrounded by olive groves at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, devotes a November weekend to oil and olives: olive oils, prepared olives, bread and olive cocas, wooden crafts made from olive trees, and the village's old olive press running to show how oil used to be made. The Govern's official calendar of fairs sets it for 21 and 22 November 2026. It is organised by the Ajuntament de Selva, the municipality Caimari belongs to.
