Son Blanc Farmhouse
A Menorcan farmhouse left dormant for years and brought back as an agrotourism stay, on a 130-hectare estate south-west of Alaior. Fourteen rooms, island materials — stone, clay, timber — and a farm that genuinely still works: hens, pigs, donkeys, cattle, sheep and bees, managed to regenerate the soil rather than to be looked at. The kitchen follows the season and its table can be booked.
