"Els dimecres és dia de Brou" — broth Wednesdays

Every Wednesday in December (2, 9, 16, 23 and 30), participating restaurants serve menus built around brou, Menorca's traditional broth: the island's signature winter food event, now in its thirteenth edition. The cycle continues on Wednesdays 13, 20 and 27 January 2027. The list of restaurants is at gastronomiamenorca.es.
