Walk a stage of the Camí de Cavalls

The old bridle path rings the whole island, waymarked as the GR-223 and open on foot year-round. You don't need to do all of it: stage 13, from Cala en Turqueta to Cala Galdana, is 6.4 kilometres through pine wood and ravine linking three of the loveliest coves in the south. Outside July and August you walk in the cool and the car parks have room again.
