Cúber reservoir
A reservoir high in the Serra, below the Puig Major, its water still and goats on the slopes. It is the trailhead for several of the island's best walks and one of the few places where the Mallorcan mountains look properly high.

- Access
- Off the Serra road between Sóller and Lluc. There is parking by the roadside.
- Best time
- October to May. In summer there is no shade and the sun is fierce at this height.
