Alaior holds its street market on Thursday mornings (roughly 9:00 to 14:00) in the town centre, plus an agri-food market on Saturdays. Local produce in one of the inland villages with the strongest dairy and cheese-making tradition. Representative date: Thursday 4 June 2026.
