Trail dels Fars: 46 km of north coast, from the Cavalleria lighthouse to Ciutadella, in the depths of January
The north coast's winter race: 46 km from the Cavalleria lighthouse to Ciutadella, on a route that hugs the sea for most of its length, where January weather decides the difficulty. On Sunday 24 January 2027 the marathon sets off (8:00, Far de Cavalleria), the 21 km half (10:30, La Vall car park) and a 12.5 km popular race (12:00, Son Morell), all finishing in Ciutadella. Numbers are collected from 21 to 23 January in Maó, Es Mercadal and Ciutadella. Organised by Elitechip.

Getting there
The finish is in Ciutadella, about 45 km from the airport (45-50 minutes by car); the marathon start, at the Cavalleria lighthouse, is about 38 km away (about 50 minutes). By bus, line 10 to Maó station, then the TMSA Maó-Ciutadella line.
