A 17th-century Menorcan lloc between Sant Lluís, Es Castell and Maó, a pioneer of the island's rural hotels (opened in 1998 after three years of restoration). Adults only, with two pools among flower-drunk gardens, stone terraces and an à la carte restaurant with a French accent. Romantic without the kitsch.
