The northern sunset
Menorca's north coast is its most rugged: wind, rock and a sea that isn't always calm. Isabella makes the most of exactly that. It's perched on a rocky promontory level with the water, on the Platges de Fornells, and it has made a name for its sunsets —wilder and quieter than the south's.
It's a place to arrive with time, order something and let the sky do its work.
Sushi, grill and cocktails
The kitchen looks east and to the Mediterranean at once: Asian-Spanish fusion, with sushi and the grill as specialities, local produce and a good cocktail list. Some nights there's a DJ, and the mix —a good table, a drink and soft music facing the sea— is its signature.
Dinners run by reservation, so it pays to plan ahead: this isn't a place to improvise at the last minute in summer.

Book dinner in advance through the website, choose a table facing west and let the evening run from sunset to the last drink. It's one of those plans that make the trip up north worth it.
