Cocktails with a kitchen

The name half-says it: a jigger is the bartender's measure, and the cocktails here are taken seriously. But Jigger adds something less common —its own kitchen under the same roof— so it works by day as a place to eat and by night as an author cocktail bar, without changing tables.

The spirits list is broad, with a soft spot for gin; it's one of those places where you can ask for a steer and let yourself be led.

In Cala Blanca

It isn't in the centre or the harbour but in the Cala Blanca resort, on the west coast, some five kilometres south of Ciutadella, beside the cove of the same name. It's a quiet, residential area: the relaxed-drink plan, not the harbour night-out.

How to do it, calmly

Go unhurried, start with the kitchen if you arrive early and let the night drift toward the cocktails. And since the season and the menu change, check the website or Instagram before you go.
