Torralbenc
The restaurant of the Torralbenc agrotourism estate, a 74-hectare farm with its own winery on the road from Maó to Cala en Porter (Alaior). Honest, refined Mediterranean cooking —wood-fired grills, fish and meat, rice dishes— under the guidance of chef Gorka Txapartegi (Alameda, Hondarribia), with vegetables, eggs, olive oil and wine from the estate itself, served in a restored former harvest building. Michelin Guide recommended in 2026; the hotel has held one Michelin Key since November 2024.
