A Menorcan house some two hundred years old at the entrance to Es Migjorn Gran, with just a few tables and market-driven cooking that treats seasonal local produce with French touches, between tradition and creativity. At the helm is Víctor Lidón, a chef trained in starred houses such as ABaC, Zafferano (London) and Racó de Can Fabes, who came back to Menorca to build a project of his own. Michelin Guide recommended in 2025 and 2026.
