A Repsol Guide Sol in 2026 —Menorca's only new one that year— for the restaurant of the Morvedra Nou rural hotel, a 1650 estate surrounded by olive and wild olive trees on the road to Macarella. Chef José María Borrás, born in Maó in 1999 and trained at Hofmann and in Japan, signs a seasonal tasting menu that translates Menorcan tradition through contemporary technique and local produce. As a guide, summer 2026: tasting menu €130, €210 with wine pairing.
