Son Saura del Sur
Two broad semicircles of fine sand, Bellavista and Des Banyuls, separated by a headland, backed by pine wood and lapped by shallow water. Roomier than its neighbouring coves and ideal for families; in summer it fills with anchored boats.

- Capacity-controlled (2026 season): the car park closes once full, usually around 9am in July and August. It is one of the more forgiving coves in southern Ciutadella, and on some shoulder-season days it never fills at all. There is no point looking for a spot nearby: the lanes are narrow and parking on them is not allowed. Without a car: the bus from Ciutadella runs Monday to Saturday at 11.15am, 1.15pm and 6.15pm, returning half an hour later.
- Best time
- It closes later than Macarella and Turqueta, so it forgives a good hour: up to 9am in high season. In July and August, arrive between 7am and 7.30am. May, June and September give you far more room: in May the car parks do not fill up until 10 or 10.30am. Access control runs from 8am to 9pm and stays in place until 15 October.
