A 19th-century finca of 30 hectares near Cala Llucalari, remade by the Experimental group with interiors by Dorothée Meilichzon. Forty-three rooms — nine with private plunge pools — an infinity pool at the heart of the estate, and a kitchen fed by its own vegetable garden and small island producers. The spirit is an artist's holiday house: colour, calm and serious cocktails at sundown.
