Torre Vella (Fontenille)
A Fontenille-collection agroturismo built around an old watchtower on Camí de Llucalari (Alaior), within a 200-hectare estate of century-old olive groves. Seventeen rooms and suites, the Siempreviva restaurant with most produce grown on the estate itself, fields of everlasting flowers distilled for oils, and its own certified organic wine. More than half its energy is solar.
