Santa Ponsa (Fontenille)
A 17th-century palatial finca in the municipality of Alaior, restored by the French Fontenille collection. Twenty-two rooms and suites across the main house and outbuildings, an infinity pool amid terraced gardens, a spa set into the old stone cisterns, and the Nura restaurant. Together with its sister Torre Vella it forms the most ambitious luxury agroturismo project in the island's centre.
