Sa Pedrera d'es Pujol
Auteur cooking built on the island's recipes and produce, in a restored country house in Torret, in the rural south of Sant Lluís, that began as a merendero (a simple country eating house) in the 1960s. Daniel Mora (kitchen, Asturian with Menorcan roots) and Nuria Pendás (front of house) have run it since 2003. The Repsol Guide awarded it a Sol in its 2025 edition —Menorca's only one that year— and the Michelin Guide recommends it in 2026.
