Visit the gin distillery on Maó harbour

Menorca's gin is an inheritance of the British century and is still distilled right on the quay, in copper stills more than 250 years old, over a local wood fire, from wine alcohol, juniper and well water from Maó. The guided visit ends in a tasting: gins, artisan liqueurs and pomada — gin with lemonade — which here is not a cocktail off a menu but the drink of the fiestas.
