El Romero
An intimate project by Italians Fabio Tullini and Francesca Baroni in a historic building on Maó's plaça de la Conquesta, with just a few tables that spill onto the square in fine weather. Tasting menus from the sea and from the garden, a fully gluten-free menu and a sustainable conviction the house presents as pioneering: the first restaurant to carry the Menorca Biosphere Reserve brand, by its own account, and a member of the Slow Food Cooks' Alliance. One Repsol Guide Sol since the 2024 edition, and Michelin Guide recommended in 2026.
