The rice dishes of Maó harbour: arroz del senyoret, black rice and seasonal rices, alongside raw-bar dishes and cooking over embers and a wood-fired oven, on the front line of the Moll de Llevant. This is the seafaring house of the Ses Forquilles group —chef-owners Marco Antonio Collado and Oriol Castel, with sommelier Raquel Yagüe— reading the Menorcan repertoire in a contemporary key. Michelin Guide recommended in 2025 and 2026, and listed in the Repsol Guide.
