The restaurant of the boutique hotel Cristine Bedfor —holder of a Michelin Key since 2024— on Maó's carrer de la Infanta, and one of Menorca's two newcomers among the Michelin Guide's recommended restaurants for 2026. Menorcan chef Pau Sintes signs market-driven cooking rooted in the territory: sourdough bread, red prawns, farmhouse sobrasada and fish from Sa Llotja, in a dining room with the soul of a guesthouse and a courtyard for dinner.
