The restaurant of the boutique hotel Cristine Bedfor —awarded a Michelin Key in November 2024— on Maó's carrer de la Infanta, and one of Menorca's two newcomers among the Michelin Guide's recommended restaurants for 2026. Menorcan chef Pau Sintes signs market-driven cooking rooted in the territory: sourdough bread, red prawns, farmhouse sobrasada and fish from Sa Llotja, in a dining room with the soul of a guesthouse and a courtyard for dinner.
